What documents are required for financing?

The essential documents required for financing are:

  • Valid photo ID (passport or driving license)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months)
  • Proof of income (recent payslips or bank statements)
  • For self-employed individuals, tax returns from the last two years may be required
What credit cards do you accept?

For card purchases, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO credit and debit cards. Please ensure you have sufficient available balance on your card for the purchase.

Model Availability

When will a new model be available that I've seen in press articles or on international websites?

Production start dates, availability dates, and prices for new models are announced when they're ready to be released, through our website or via press releases.

Our dealer network is updated online about immediately available models and colors, as well as expected arrival dates for upcoming models.

Once a new model is officially announced and posted on our website, you can place a pre-order through our dealer network.

Are the models and colors I see on the website available?

That particular color may be sold out from our inventory and no new import may be scheduled at present. It appears on the website because some of our dealers may still have stock available.

Licensing Requirements

I have a car license. Under what conditions can I ride a 125cc motorcycle?

In the UK, if you have a full car license (category B), you can ride a motorcycle up to 125cc with L-plates after completing Compulsory Basic Training (CBT). The CBT certificate is valid for 2 years.

This allows you to:

  • Ride a motorcycle up to 125cc (with a power output not exceeding 11kW)
  • You must display L-plates
  • You cannot carry passengers
  • You cannot ride on motorways

To ride without these restrictions, you would need to pass the full motorcycle test for the appropriate category.

Test Rides

I would like a test ride on a specific model.

Due to our extensive range, it's not feasible to have all models available for testing.

There is an opportunity for short test rides of certain models at our showroom or at our dealer partners. You must bring your safety equipment and the corresponding driving license.

The maintenance schedule can be found on the model's page on our website.

If the model is no longer available on our website, service centers have access to maintenance schedules.

I need the Service Manual for my vehicle.

Service Manuals are not available to the public.

We recommend visiting an authorized service center for technical support and maintenance.

How much will a service cost?

Our partner service centers are independent businesses. Prices for services are set by them freely and competitively.

You can get an estimate of the cost of each service through the page of each model on our website. There you will find:

  • The most recent version of the Maintenance Schedule
  • The estimated labor time for each service
  • Indicative prices for consumable parts
Where are my vehicle's services recorded?

Our partner service centers record information about your vehicle's service through an online system with the company. This ensures the continuation of the warranty.

To keep your own record, ask the service center to record the work in the warranty terms document, in the "SERVICE" field.

I've lost my service record booklet. How can I get it?

Service centers have access to electronically recorded service history.

Visit a service center in our network to copy the history to a new document.

How can I submit a warranty claim for my vehicle?

Carefully read the Owner's Manual and the Warranty Terms document that were delivered with the purchase of the vehicle.

Contact an affiliated service center to process the warranty claim. The service center is responsible for conducting an inspection, diagnosis, and submitting the warranty application to the factory.

The service center will inform you about the progress of your claim.

How can I connect my mobile phone to the display?

If your vehicle's display supports connectivity, download the Carbit Ride app from the App Store or Google Play Store to connect.

The tire pressure and temperature indicators (TPMS) are not showing on my display. What should I do?

The connection with a sensor may have been lost. Try to restore the connection or contact an affiliated service center for assistance.
